GT-1000-NH3 (0-1000ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product under the KORNO brand, suitable for ammonia concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted by the built-in import electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the accurate concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the needs.
3.Calibrate: Using the full software Automatic calibration function of the instrument, up to 6 target points can be selected for calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy.
4. Detection: Aim the instrument sampling port at the gas area to be measured, and the built-in air pump will automatically suck the gas for detection.
5. View: Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen (the unit can be switched), and view the temperature and humidity data.
6. Data management: You can view the stored historical data on the screen, support the transfer of data through the data export function, or connect the micro printer to print data.
7. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
* Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
* The built-in battery is a 4000mAh rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
Although the instrument has a dustproof, waterproof (IP65) design and is equipped with a dust filter, it should still be avoided under extreme conditions for long-term use to extend the life of the Sensor.
* When calibrating, make sure to use standard gas and follow the operation menu instructions to ensure linear and accurate measurement.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
Do not disassemble or modify the instrument yourself.
