GT1000-Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments, adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, Fast Response Speed, High Measurement Accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China, and the parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which is very good to display various technical indicators and gas concentration values. Historical data can be viewed on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The portable gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a well-designed gas chamber, it contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the accurate concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of temperature changes in the environment on measurement.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Mode settings: adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Unit selection: freely switch between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically pumps the gas and detects it.
5. Data viewing: View gas concentration, temperature and humidity values in real time on the screen, and view historical storage data.
6. Data processing: You can choose to export data or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shutdown and charging: Shut down after use, and charge the built-in battery in time.
Notice
* Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used in designated hazardous locations.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it still needs to be cleaned and maintained after use, especially the Dust Filter.
* Regularly calibrate according to the instructions to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the status of the overcharge protection function.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
Handle with care to avoid severe impact damage to internal precision components.
