GT1000-Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments, adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, Fast Response Speed, High Measurement Accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor to suck the gas to be measured through a pump-suction Sampling method. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a microcontroller and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen. The instrument has a built-in powerful air pump, which can work in a micro-negative pressure environment, and is equipped with a reasonable air chamber design to reduce pressure interference.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the status of the instrument.
2. Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Place the instrument sampling port in the environment or pipeline to be tested.
4. The instrument automatically pumps sampling and displays gas concentration and temperature and humidity values in real time.
5. Live data or historical data can be viewed on the screen.
6. Data can be exported or connected to a micro printer to print data as required.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in an environment beyond the working air pressure range (-30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof, but it still needs to be operated under the specified safety regulations for dangerous places.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but avoid long-term immersion or strong water pressure Impact.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, pay attention to the overcharge protection function, but it is recommended not to overcharge for a long time.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter. Please check and replace the Filter in time when using it in a harsh environment to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Please keep it safe to avoid severe impact or fall.
