GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, with data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection functions.
Features
1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
2. Adopt 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial-grade color screen, the resolution is 320x480, and the display is clear.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the inside of the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The gas is in contact with the imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor configured inside the instrument, and the Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. Microcontroller technology (using 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip) processes and analyzes the signal, and finally displays the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can realize data storage, printing and other functions.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Place the instrument in the test environment and start the air pump for sampling.
4. Read real-time gas concentration data on the screen, the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed through the screen.
6. When necessary, you can connect a micro printer to print data or export data.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Please use it within the range of instrument working environment temperature -30~ 60 ℃ and humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the instrument can work normally in a micro-negative pressure environment.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it still needs to be used reasonably to avoid extreme conditions affecting performance.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
• Use the charging equipment supporting the instrument to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• In dusty situations, ensure that the Dust Filter is installed and used normally.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
