GT1000-Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments, adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, Fast Response Speed, High Measurement Accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, and has functions such as data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
Gas detector adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor to detect the target gas concentration, and processes the Sensor signal through microcontroller technology to achieve Fast Response and High Accuracy measurement. The built-in air pump sucks the environment gas into the air chamber inside the instrument for detection, and the reasonable air chamber design can ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure.

Steps
Step 1 Power on.
2. Adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other settings as needed.
3. Carry out gas concentration detection, and the instrument automatically displays the measurement value.
4. Historical data can be viewed on the screen.
5. You can choose to export the data or connect the micro printer to print the data.
6. Perform calibrated maintenance after use.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Pay attention to the battery level and charge it in time.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Use Dust Filter and pay attention to the protection of the instrument in harsh environments.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
