GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a high-performance detection equipment of KORNO brand, which is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement Accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The portable gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorbing gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the accurate concentration value in real time on a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the accuracy of measurement results.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Through the Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the instrument passes the built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the screen function.
7. When necessary, you can transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
8. After use, shut down and clean and maintain the instrument.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• The instrument is explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid non-essential use in extremely hazardous or open flame environments.
• Pay attention to the battery power and charge it in time. The instrument has overcharge protection, but it is still recommended to use the original charger.
• Periodically calibrated to maintain measurement accuracy, using the instrument's multi-level target point Adjustment.
• When using in dusty environments, ensure that the Dust Filter is installed correctly and cleaned or replaced regularly.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When cleaning the instrument, use a soft dry cloth and avoid using corrosive chemicals or rinsing directly with water.
• If the instrument is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it regularly to keep the battery active.
