Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be measured is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze gas concentration. The Sensor signal is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally the gas concentration value, temperature and humidity information are displayed on the screen, and data storage and output are supported.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the air pump for sampling.
4. Read data such as gas concentration, temperature and humidity in real time on the screen.
5. You can view historical data, export data, or connect a micro printer to print data through the menu.
6. After use, shut down and store properly.
Notice
* Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used safely in the specified explosion-proof area.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but long-term use in harsh environments still requires attention to maintenance.
Periodically calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
* The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please check and replace it in time when using it in a dust environment.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
