The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby time, and is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values. It supports historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection functions.

Principle
The portable Gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters, it is detected by an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip process and analyze the signal at high speed and High Accuracy. Finally, the measurement results (such as NO gas concentration) and temperature and humidity data are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. Automatic calibration and temperature compensation ensure measurement accuracy in different environments.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install and combine the required gas Sensor on the instrument as required.
2. Boot and self-test: Turn on the instrument power supply, and the system will perform self-test to confirm that the Sensor and various functions are normal.
3. Mode settings: Through the Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode (real-time or timing), printing mode, display mode and air pump mode as needed.
4. calibrate (if required): Sensor calibrate up to 6 target points using full software Automatic calibration function to ensure measurement accuracy.
5. Start testing: place the sampling probe of the instrument in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the built-in air pump will suck gas for testing.
6. Read the data: View the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen (the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L) and temperature and humidity information.
7. Data management: You can directly view the stored historical data on the screen, or export the data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer for data printing.
8. Shutdown and Maintenance: Turn off the power after the test is completed, clean the instrument and dust filter regularly, and store it under suitable conditions.
Notice
* Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in hazardous locations that meet its explosion-proof rating requirements.
* Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with certain dustproof and waterproof capabilities, but still need to avoid long-term immersion or strong water spray.
* Before use, please ensure that the Sensor type and range (such as NO: 0~ 500ppm) meet the requirements of the gas to be tested.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurement data.
* Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When using it in dusty and harsh situations, it is necessary to check and clean or replace the filter.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument, so as not to affect normal testing.
* When using the air pump function in a micro-negative pressure environment, please ensure that the air path connection is well sealed.
