The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with Fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. Built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, strong battery life; 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and support historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection functions.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method. The built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument. High Accuracy imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensors are integrated in the air chamber. These Sensors react with the gas to be measured or absorb specific wavelengths of infrared light to generate an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The microprocessor (using a 32-bit ultra-low power chip) collects and processes the signal with High Accuracy through the 24-bit ADC data collection chip. After algorithm calculation (including temperature compensation, etc.), the accurate gas concentration value is finally displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen. The instrument supports multiple concentration unit displays and automatic range switching.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the needs.
3. Sampling: Make sure that the sampling probe is connected to the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the built-in air pump will automatically suck gas for detection.
4. Reading: Check the gas concentration (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
5. Data management: You can view historical storage data on the screen, or transfer data to a Miscellaneous device through the data export function, or connect a micro printer for data printing.
6.Calibrate: Automatic calibration of full software or manual calibration of up to 6 target points through the menu to ensure instrument accuracy.
7. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please ensure that the built-in pump is used in the negative pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be used with caution in hazardous locations that meet explosion-proof requirements.
• Pay attention to the overvoltage and overcharge protection functions of the instrument, please use the supporting charging equipment to avoid improper operation.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, which should be checked and replaced in time when used in harsh environments to ensure detection accuracy and Sensor life.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument yourself, so as not to affect the performance or cause damage.
