It adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, etc. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection. The operation is simple, and the user can customize and set various parameters.

Principle
The portable Gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the detector through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip for data processing. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. After analysis and calculation by the microprocessor, the concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen (supports multiple unit switching), and can be stored, printed or exported according to the settings. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or check the Sensor and Dust Filter as needed.
2. Boot and self-test: Turn on the power supply, the instrument performs self-test, and observe whether the screen display is normal.
3. Mode settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
4. Unit and range selection: Select or switch PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L and other concentration units in the settings, and the instrument supports automatic switching of high and low ranges.
5. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, the built-in air pump starts to work, and the instrument displays the gas concentration and temperature and humidity values in real time.
6. Data viewing and processing: Real-time data and historical storage data (up to 30,800 sets) can be viewed directly on the screen.
7. Data export and printing: Through the corresponding function interface, the stored data can be exported or connected to a micro printer for data printing.
8. Calibrate and maintain: Periodically calibrate with up to 6 target points through the full software Automatic calibration function of the instrument to ensure accuracy. Clean the instrument after use and store it properly.
Notice
• Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Pay attention to the working air pressure range of the instrument (-30~ 100Kpa) and avoid using it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Although the instrument has a dustproof and waterproof (IP65) design and is equipped with a dust filter, it is still necessary to avoid long-term use under extremely harsh conditions. Please clean it in time after use.
• The instrument has functions such as overvoltage and overcharge protection, but please use the original or designated charging equipment when charging, and avoid charging in a flammable and explosive environment.
When calibrating, make sure to use standard gas and operate in a safe environment to ensure the accuracy of calibrating.
• When using in an environment where there may be static electricity and strong magnetic field interference, pay attention to whether the instrument reading is stable.
• Sensors are precision components to avoid severe impact or contact with corrosive substances.
• After the data storage is full, if you need to continue to store new data, please pay attention to exporting or backing up the old data in advance.
This instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to adhere to the safety operating procedures for the relevant hazardous areas.
