Overview
GT-1000-NO2 (0-50ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Users can customize and set various parameters, and the operation is simple. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery with long standby time; it is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display technical indicators and gas concentration values, support historical data viewing, and has data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection functions.

Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas comes into contact with the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor using a new semiconductor nanotechnology) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip process and analyze the electrical signal, combined with the temperature compensation function, and finally calculate the exact gas concentration value, which is displayed in real time through the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Place the instrument in the test environment or use a sampling tube to connect to the test point.
4. The instrument automatically detects and displays NO2 gas concentration (unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L) and temperature and humidity values through built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Historical detection data can be viewed directly on the screen.
6. According to requirements, data can be transferred through the data export function, or a micro printer can be connected to print data.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
* Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used in designated hazardous locations.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is equipped with a dust filter, and maintenance is also required when used in harsh environments.
* Periodically calibrate using the instrument's full software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Use the 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery built into the instrument, pay attention to the overcharge protection function, and charge as required.
* Instrument Response Time is ≤ 20s (T90), recovery time is ≤ 20s, please allow enough time to ensure stable reading.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference to the instrument, even though the product has relevant protective functions.
