GT-1000-NO2 (0-100ppm) Portable Gas detector is a KORNO brand product, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby time; adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with a new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, for High Accuracy Detection and Analysis of specific components in the inhaled gas (such as NO2). The detection results are processed by a microcontroller and have a temperature compensation function. Finally, the gas concentration value and Miscellaneous parameters are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit switching: Select PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L and other concentration units in the settings.
4. Start detection: The instrument automatically pumps sampling and displays real-time gas concentration and temperature and humidity values.
5. Data viewing: View historical storage data through the on-screen menu.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device for data export or printing.
7.Calibrate: Automatic calibration or multi-level target point calibration through the menu.
8. Shutdown: Long press the power button to turn off the instrument.
Notice
• Please use it in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but care should be taken to avoid long-term immersion or Impact in extremely harsh environments.
• The instrument is explosion-proof design (ExdII CT4), but please use it in the specified explosion-proof environment and follow the relevant safety regulations.
• Please use the original charger to charge the built-in 4000mA polymer battery, and note that the overcharge protection function is normal.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
• Use Dust Filter and pay attention to maintenance in dusty occasions to ensure Sensor life and detection accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When using in a micro-negative pressure environment, please ensure that the air pump works normally.
• The operation menu supports Chinese and English, please set it according to your usage habits.
