Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and is in contact with the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to deal with the impact of different environment temperatures on the measurement and ensure the accuracy of the test results.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3.Calibrate and compensate: Automatic calibration before use or on a regular basis, with up to 6 levels of target point Adjustment to ensure accuracy and enable temperature compensation.
4. Start detection: start the air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically inhales the gas for analysis.
5. Data reading: real-time view of gas concentration value (unit can be freely switched) and temperature and humidity information on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Data management: Historical data can be viewed on the screen, or real-time/timed data storage can be performed according to settings.
7. Data export and printing: export the stored data through the corresponding interface, or connect the micro printer to print the data.
8. Shut down and maintenance: After the inspection, shut down and clean the dust filter regularly to ensure that the instrument is in good condition.
Notice
* Do not use under extreme conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) of the instrument.
* The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in hazardous locations that meet its explosion-proof rating requirements.
* The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to avoid overcharging.
* Although the instrument has a dustproof and waterproof (IP65) design and is equipped with a dust Filter, it should still be avoided in a high dust or liquid immersion environment for a long time.
* Sensors are precision components and should be protected from severe vibration or mechanical Impact.
Periodically calibrated to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurement data.
When exporting data or connecting to a printer, make sure to use the correct interface and cable.
If the instrument is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it regularly to maintain battery activity.
