Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, which is very good to display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and can view historical data on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The instrument adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core detection component adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, for fast and accurate measurement and analysis of gas concentration. The measurement results are processed by High Accuracy data collection chip and displayed in real time on the industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the gas environment to be tested, and start the air pump for sampling detection.
4. Read data such as gas concentration, temperature and humidity in real time on the screen.
5. You can view historical data, export data, or connect a micro printer to print data through the menu.
6. Turn off the machine after use, and charge and maintain it if necessary.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in an environment beyond the working air pressure range (-30~ 100Kpa), so as not to affect the Measurement accuracy or damage the instrument.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof function (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be used under the specified safety regulations for hazardous locations.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact when using it.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
• Please use the matching charger to charge the built-in polymer battery and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• In dusty situations, make sure that the Dust Filter is working properly and cleaned or replaced in time.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
