Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted with the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value (supports PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L various units) and environment temperature and humidity information are clearly displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor and Filter are in normal condition.
2. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit selection: Select the desired unit among the four concentration units of PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, and mg/L.
4. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the built-in air pump of the instrument will automatically suck the gas for detection.
5. Data viewing: During the detection process, data such as gas concentration, temperature and humidity are displayed on the screen in real time, and historical data can be viewed through the screen.
6. Data export/printing: After the test is completed, the stored data can be exported through the data cable, or the micro printer can be connected for data printing.
7. Shutdown and charging: Shut down after use, and charge the built-in battery in time.
Notice
• Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in a dangerous place that meets its explosion-proof level requirements.
• The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or exposure to extremely harsh environments to extend the service life.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurement data.
• Check the Dust Filter before use and replace it promptly if it is clogged or contaminated.
• The instrument has a built-in rechargeable battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and note that the overcharge protection function is normal.
• During transportation and storage, strong mechanical Impact, static electricity and magnetic field interference should be avoided.
• When the instrument malfunctions, do not disassemble it yourself, and contact a professional for repair.
