Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power consumption 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, to carry out High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. The microcontroller analyzes and calculates the signal, and finally displays the gas concentration value (supports PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L multiple units) in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can store or output data according to the settings.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set the required detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument passes the built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration value (switchable unit) and temperature and humidity information in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. During or after the inspection process, you can view historical data, export data, or connect the micro printer to print data through the menu.
7. Turn off the machine after use and clean and maintain the instrument.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to whether the overcharge protection function is normal.
• When used in harsh environments, make sure the Dust Filter is properly installed.
• Handle the instrument with care to avoid severe impact or fall.
