GT1000 Portable Gas detector is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5 inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorbing gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the results (such as gas concentration, temperature and humidity values) are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of environment temperature changes on measurement.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor and Filter are installed correctly.
2. Parameter settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, customize and set various parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) according to the detection requirements.
3. Sampling detection: start the instrument, the built-in air pump starts to work, and the gas to be tested is sucked for detection.
4. Data reading: real-time view of gas concentration (support multiple unit switching) and temperature and humidity values on the 3.5-inch color screen.
5. Data management: You can view historical storage data on the screen, or perform subsequent analysis through the data export function, or you can connect a micro printer to print data.
6. calibrate maintenance: use the full software Automatic calibration function as needed to calibrate up to 6 target points to ensure measurement accuracy.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100KPa, please make sure to work under the allowable air pressure environment.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with dustproof and waterproof design, but still need to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• Please use the original matching charging equipment to charge the built-in 4000mAh polymer battery to prevent overcharging.
• Regularly check and clean the Dust Filter to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• When calibrating, use a standard concentration of gas and strictly follow the operating procedures.
• The amount of data stored in the instrument is limited (30,800 sets in a single channel), please pay attention to regularly exporting data to avoid overflow.
• Avoid use in environments with strong electrostatic or magnetic field interference, so as not to affect the Measurement accuracy.
• If not used for a long time, please turn off the instrument and store it in a drying and cool place.
