Principle
The portable gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted with the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four units) is displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor and Filter are installed correctly.
2. Boot self-test: Turn on the power supply, and the instrument performs self-test to confirm that all functions are normal.
3. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
4. calibrating and compensation: Automatic calibration or multi-level target point calibrating according to needs, and ensure that the temperature compensation function is turned on.
5. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, start the air pump to inhale the gas, and the instrument automatically detects and displays the gas concentration and temperature and humidity in real time.
6. Data viewing and processing: Real-time data and historical data records can be viewed directly on the screen.
7. Data export and printing: Transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
8. Shut down and maintenance: After the test is completed, shut down, clean the instrument and filter regularly, and charge.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation, the working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in an environment beyond the range.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with certain dustproof and waterproof ability, with dust filter, but still need to avoid long-term immersion or extreme conditions.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the matching charger to charge.
