Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze gas concentration. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen, and supports functions such as data storage, printing and export.

Steps
1. Boot check: Make sure that the instrument has sufficient power, and check whether the screen display and various functions are normal after booting.
2. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the corresponding detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode in the menu.
3. Calibrate and unit selection: Use the full software Automatic calibration function to calibrate the target point up to 6 levels if necessary. Select the desired concentration unit (PPM,% VOL, mg/m ³, mg/L) in the settings.
4. Start detection: align the instrument sampling port with the gas area to be measured, and start the built-in air pump for pumping sampling.
5. Data reading and recording: Read the gas concentration and temperature and humidity value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the instrument will automatically or store the data according to the settings.
6. Data management: You can view historical data records on the screen, transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shutdown and maintenance: After the inspection is completed, shut down and perform regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the Sensor and Filter.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that it operates in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ° C, humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid use in hazardous environments beyond the explosion protection level.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but still need to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact.
• Battery capacity is large, please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function to avoid improper charging.
When calibrating, make sure to use standard gas and operate in a safe environment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• When sampling, please ensure that the gas path is unobstructed and the dust Filter is clean to avoid blockage affecting the sampling effect and Sensor life.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
• If not used for a long time, please charge the instrument regularly and store the instrument in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
