Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection and other functions, simple operation, and users can customize various parameters.

Principle
The portable gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas is contacted by the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, which generates corresponding electrical signals according to the concentration of a specific gas. These signals are processed and analyzed with a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor for High Accuracy, and the gas concentration value is finally displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function, which can correct the effect of environment temperature on the measurement to ensure the detection accuracy under different operating conditions.

Steps
1. Check the Appearance and Filter of the Instrument before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
4. The sampling probe is placed in the environment to be tested, and the instrument is detected by built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration value (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity information in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the on-screen menu.
7. When necessary, data output can be carried out through the data export function or by connecting the micro printer.
8. Turn off the machine after use and charge the instrument in time.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the Dust Filter to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and strictly follow the calibrating procedure.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to whether the overcharge protection function is normal.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid severe impact or contact with corrosive chemicals.
• If not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it regularly to maintain battery activity.
