Principle
The portable gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the core imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by the 24-bit ADC data collection chip of High Accuracy and the ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L multiple units) is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has the function of temperature compensation, which can effectively reduce the influence of environment temperature on measurement results and ensure the accuracy of detection under different working conditions.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Set the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit selection: According to needs, freely switch between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Start detection: Aim the instrument sampling port at the gas area to be measured, and the built-in pump will actively suck the gas for detection.
5. Data viewing: During the detection process, the real-time concentration value is displayed on the screen. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device to perform data export or printing operations.
7.Calibrate: Automatic calibration or target point calibrating through the software menu.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in a place that meets its explosion-proof level.
• The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact when using it.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, calibrate the instrument regularly according to the operation steps.
