GT-1000-O3 (0-2000ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for ozone (O3) gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, equipped with 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection. The operation is simple, and the user can customize the parameters.

Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
Adopt 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial-grade color screen (resolution 320x480) to display various technical indicators and gas concentration values.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. Fast Response and accurate measurement are implemented through microcontroller technology, and the results are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the Stability and accuracy of measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and set parameters such as detection mode and storage mode in the menu as needed.
2. Sampling detection: Start the built-in air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically inhales the gas for analysis.
3. Read the data: View the gas concentration (unit can be switched), temperature and humidity and other information in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
4. Data management: You can view historical storage data on the screen, export data as needed, or connect a micro printer for printing.
5.Calibrate and maintain: Automatic calibration or multi-level target point calibration through the full Chinese/English menu, and use the data recovery function if necessary.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please ensure that the built-in air pump is used in the micro-negative pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used with caution in hazardous environments that meet explosion-proof requirements.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is equipped with a dust filter, which still needs to be protected when used in harsh situations.
• Avoid the instrument from overvoltage, overcharge, strong electrostatic or strong magnetic field interference to take advantage of its built-in protection function.
• Periodically calibrate and utilize its 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
• Data is stored as a single-channel 30800 group, pay attention to regularly export data to prevent overwriting.
• Please use the supporting charging equipment when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• Please follow the menu guidelines when operating, support switching between Chinese and English, and ensure correct settings.
