GT1000-Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, good Stability and Repeatability, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, super long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can well display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports viewing historical data. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.
Features
1. Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
2. Adopt 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial-grade color screen with a resolution of 320x480, which can well display the technical indicators and gas concentration values of the instrument.
3. PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units can be freely switched, high and low ranges can be automatically switched.

Principle
The portable gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument. After the gas passes through the dust Filter, it enters a specially designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to correct the effect of environment temperature on measurement and ensure detection accuracy.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Select and adjust the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, and air pump mode through the menu.
3. Unit switching: Select PPM,% VOL, mg/m3 or mg/L as the concentration display unit in the settings.
4. Start detection: The instrument will automatically pump sampling and display real-time gas concentration and temperature and humidity values.
5. Data viewing: View historical storage data on the screen through the menu function.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device to perform data export or printing operations.
7.Calibrate: The Sensor is calibrated with Full Software Automatic calibration or 6-level Target Point Adjustment to ensure accuracy.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the instrument can work normally in a micro-negative pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment and avoid charging or disassembly in dangerous places.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter. When used in dusty and harsh situations, it is necessary to regularly check and clean or replace the Filter to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• Avoid instrument from strong static electricity or magnetic field interference to prevent affecting Measurement accuracy.
Sensor calibrating, please use standard gas and strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement.
• Although the instrument has a waterproof and dustproof design (IP65), it should still try to avoid long-term immersion or exposure to extremely harsh environments.
During storage or carrying, be careful to avoid severe impact or drop to prevent damage to internal precision components.
