GT-1000-PH3 (0-5ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product under the KORNO brand, which is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the whole machine ranks among the top domestic performance. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long battery life; equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export, and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which draws environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful suction pump. The gas is contacted by the built-in inlet electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, which generates electrical signals related to gas concentration. These signals are processed and analyzed by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip and 32-bit microprocessor. After algorithm corrections such as temperature compensation, the accurate gas concentration value is finally displayed on the screen in real time. The instrument supports multiple concentration unit conversions and automatic range switching.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode through the menu.
3.Calibrate: Automatic calibration with full software or up to 6 levels of target point calibrating with standard gas to ensure measurement accuracy.
4. Start detection: start the air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically inhales the gas and analyzes it.
5. Data reading: real-time reading of gas concentration (support PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L unit switching) and temperature and humidity values on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
6. Data management: You can view historical data on the screen, store data (up to 30,800 sets in a single channel), or print through data export and connection to a micro printer.
7. Shutdown and charging: Shut down after use, and use the matching charger to charge the built-in 4000mA polymer battery.
Notice
* Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used safely in the specified explosion-proof area.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it still needs to be cleaned and maintained after use, especially the Dust Filter.
* Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
* The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please use the original or designated charger to avoid overcharging.
The instrument has overvoltage and overcharge protection functions, but it should still avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference.
* When using the built-in air pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, please ensure that the air circuit is connected correctly and there is no leakage.
* The operation menu supports switching between Chinese and English, please set it according to the user's language habits.
* Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg and the size is 220 * 85 * 55mm. Please keep it properly to avoid falling or violent impact.
