Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze target components (such as PH3) in the inhaled gas. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip and 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value, temperature and humidity information are displayed on the screen, and can be stored, printed or exported.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters in the menu as needed.
2. calibrate and settings: Sensors can be calibrated on demand through the full software Automatic calibration function (supports up to 6 target point calibrations) before use, and select the desired gas concentration unit (PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L).
3. Start detection: Start the instrument, the built-in air pump starts to work, and the gas to be tested is sucked. Observe the gas concentration value, temperature and humidity and other data in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
4. Data recording and viewing: The instrument can automatically or manually store data (up to 30,800 sets per channel), allowing historical data to be viewed directly on the screen.
5. Data output: You can export the stored data through the data export function, or connect the micro printer to print the data.
6. Shutdown and maintenance: After the inspection, shut down and clean the dust filter regularly to ensure that the instrument works normally in a dustproof and waterproof state.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, ensuring that it is used in the air pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• The Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, which has certain dustproof and waterproof capabilities, but still needs to avoid long-term immersion or extreme harsh environments.
• Built-in 4000mAh rechargeable battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area and follow the relevant safety procedures.
• Sensor has a zero drift characteristic （≤ +/- 1% (F. S/year)), it is recommended to calibrate regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
When using the air pump for sampling, make sure the air path is clear and the filter is clean to avoid contamination or pressure interference with the Sensor.
• During storage, transportation and use, pay attention to avoid strong static electricity and magnetic field interference to prevent affecting the performance of the instrument.
• The operation menu supports Chinese/English, please set it according to the user's language habits to ensure correct understanding of various functions.
