GT-1000-PH3 (0-50ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top domestic levels. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a reasonably designed gas chamber, it contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorbing gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and analyzed by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip and 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the results on the screen in real time. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the accuracy of measurement.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the needs, set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the gas environment to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen (support PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L unit switching).
5. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
6. When necessary, you can connect a micro printer for data printing, or transfer data through the data export function.
7. Turn off the machine after use and charge it in time.
Notice
• Please use it in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in the environment with corresponding explosion-proof requirements.
• The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but care should be taken to avoid damage to the equipment due to extreme conditions.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and charge it according to the specifications.
• When using the air pump, pay attention to the smooth air passage to avoid blockage.
• Ensure that the Dust Filter works properly in dusty situations.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
