Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the detection gas chamber. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry gas Sensor. When the target gas (such as PH3) reacts with the Sensor, an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration is generated. The signal is converted into a digital signal by a 24-bit High Accuracy ADC data collection chip, and then processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Boot: Long press the power button to start the instrument, and the system will self-check.
2. Mode setting: Enter the setting interface through the menu, and adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Sensor calibrating: Full software Automatic calibration via menu or up to 6 levels of target points using standard gases.
4. Detection: The instrument sampling probe is placed in the environment to be tested, the built-in pump starts to work to suck gas, and the screen displays the PH3 gas concentration and temperature and humidity value in real time.
5. Unit switching: In the detection interface or settings, you can freely switch PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
6. Data viewing: Enter the historical data option through the menu to visually view the stored data on the screen.
7. Data export/printing: Connect to the computer through the Interface to export data, or connect to a micro printer to print data directly.
8. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button for a long time to turn off the instrument.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with dustproof and waterproof design, but with dust Filter, should pay attention to the state of Filter when used in harsh environments.
• The instrument has a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable polymer battery with overcharge protection function. Please use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument adopts pump-suction sampling, and the working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa. Please ensure that it is used in a micro-negative pressure environment to avoid pressure exceeding the range affecting the Sensor.
• The instrument has anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference functions, but it should still be avoided in strong electrostatic or strong magnetic field environments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Sensors need to be calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy and linearity of measurement. Please use qualified standard gas when calibrating.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC, please avoid violent impact or falling to prevent damage.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4 intrinsically safe), but it is still necessary to follow the safety operating procedures for the relevant hazardous areas when using it.
