Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze the gas concentration. The Sensor signal is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen, and supports functions such as data storage, printing and export.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters in the menu as needed.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the air pump for sampling detection.
5. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen (support PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L unit switching) and temperature and humidity information.
6. You can view historical storage data through the menu, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. After use, shut down and perform cleaning and maintenance.
8. Regularly charge the instrument to ensure sufficient power.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH (no condensation), and the working air pressure is -30~ 100Kpa. Please use it within the specified range.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid use in extremely dangerous or explosion-proof environments.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When used in dusty and harsh situations, the filter should be checked and cleaned or replaced regularly.
• Sensor calibrating, use standard gas and follow the 6-level target point calibrating procedure to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When cleaning the instrument, use a soft dry cloth to avoid the use of corrosive chemicals.
• If the instrument is not used for a long time, please charge it regularly to keep the battery active.
