Principle
The instrument uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the detector. The gas is contacted by the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the battery level and instrument status.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Place the instrument sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested.
4. Start the air pump to inhale the gas, the instrument automatically detects and displays the gas concentration and temperature and humidity value in real time.
5. You can view historical data through the screen, or connect a micro printer to print data.
6. After use, you can connect to the computer through the data cable to export the stored data.
7. Automatic calibration with full software or up to 6 levels of target point calibrating to ensure instrument accuracy.

* Instrument working environment temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
The working pressure range of the instrument is -30 to 100Kpa.
Pay attention to the overvoltage protection and overcharge protection functions of the instrument to avoid improper operation.
* When using in an environment with anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference requirements, please pay attention to the relevant protective characteristics of the instrument.
* Use the Dust Filter regularly and pay attention to the dust and waterproof (IP65) design of the instrument in harsh situations.
* To ensure measurement accuracy, regularly calibrate according to specifications.
