Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be measured into the inside of the instrument. After the gas passes through the dust Filter, it enters a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the core imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four units display) is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Mode settings: According to needs, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3.Calibrate: Automatic calibration with full software or up to 6 levels of target point calibrating with standard gas to ensure measurement accuracy.
4. Sampling detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and start the built-in air pump to suck gas for detection.
5. Data viewing: real-time view of gas concentration, temperature and humidity values on the screen, and can switch concentration units.
6. Data management: You can view historical storage data on the screen, or back up through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, and charge the built-in polymer battery in time.

• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation, the working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in an environment beyond the range.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be operated under the specified safety regulations for hazardous locations.
• Built-in powerful air pump is designed for micro-negative pressure environment, do not force use in positive or negative pressure environment beyond its working pressure range.
• Regularly check and replace the Dust Filter to ensure smooth sampling and no contamination of the Sensor.
• Please calibrate the instrument regularly according to the calibrating procedure to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement data.
• The instrument has overcharge and overvoltage protection functions, but it is still recommended to use the original charger for charging.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument to prevent it from affecting normal operation.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, and care should be taken to prevent severe impact or fall when using it.
• When the instrument alarms or shows an abnormality, the detection should be stopped immediately and evacuated to a safe area to investigate the cause.
