Principle
The portable gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value, temperature and humidity information are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to reduce the impact of environment temperature on the measurement results.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters in the menu.
3. Place the instrument sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested.
4. Start the built-in air pump for gas sampling.
5. Read real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity data on the screen.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
7. After the inspection is completed, you can choose to export the data through the data cable or connect the micro printer to print the data.
8. After use, shut down the machine and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance on the instrument.
Notice
• Please use within the range of working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) specified by the instrument.
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please use it under the allowable air pressure environment.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it safely in the specified explosion-proof area.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When charging the instrument, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the supporting charging equipment.
• When used in harsh environments, ensure that the Dust Filter is installed in place.
• Battery capacity is large, please charge, use and store according to safety specifications.
• Please follow the menu guidelines when operating to avoid misoperation.
