It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The instrument uses a pump-suction Sampling method, with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be measured into the inside of the instrument. When the gas passes through the Sensor (such as electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor), the Sensor generates a corresponding electrical signal according to the gas concentration. The microprocessor (32-bit) and ADC chip (24-bit) collect, process and calculate the signal, and finally display the gas concentration value on the screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to correct the effect of environment temperature on measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Use the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed on the screen.
6. Data can be exported through the data cable or printed by connecting a micro printer.
7. Shut down after use.

• Instrument working environment temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be used under corresponding dustproof and waterproof conditions.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Regularly calibrate using the instrument's full software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and charge as required.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, please pay attention to maintenance when using it in harsh situations.
