Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip for signal processing and concentration calculation, to achieve Fast Response and High Accuracy measurement. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the accuracy of measurement results.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Using pump suction sampling, place the instrument in the environment to be tested or connect the sampling tube.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Historical data can be viewed on the screen.
6. According to the needs, perform data export or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
* Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
* The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is equipped with a dust filter, and maintenance is also required when used in harsh situations.
* Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and charge according to the specifications.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data in time for backup.
* When calibrating, use the full software Automatic calibration provided by the instrument and up to 6 target point Adjustment to ensure measurement accuracy.
