The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China, and the parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which is very good to display various technical indicators and gas concentration values. Historical data can be viewed on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. After the gas passes through the dust Filter, it enters a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts with the Sensor (such as electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor). The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument supports automatic conversion and display of various concentration units.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read data such as gas concentration, temperature and humidity in real time on the screen.
5. You can view historical storage data through the menu, or connect a micro printer for data printing.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument.
7. Automatic calibration of the whole software is carried out regularly through the menu to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
Notice
• Please use it in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be operated under the specified safety regulations for hazardous locations.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact when using it.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, which should be checked and replaced in time when used in harsh environments to ensure Sensor life and measurement accuracy.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and follow the instructions in the operation menu.
Although the instrument has anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference functions, it should still be used near strong electromagnetic interference sources as much as possible.
• The amount of data stored by the instrument is limited (30,800 sets in a single channel), please pay attention to regularly exporting data to avoid overwriting.
