Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The gas reacts or absorbs with the built-in import electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using a 32-bit processor and a 24-bit ADC chip) processes, analyzes and temperature compensation the signal, and finally displays the precise gas concentration value (such as SiH4 concentration) and temperature and humidity information on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can store or output data according to the settings.

Steps
1. Check the Appearance and Filter of the Instrument before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set the required detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
4. The sampling probe is placed in the environment to be tested, and the instrument is detected by built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity data in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the on-screen menu.
7. When necessary, you can connect to a computer through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
8. Turn off the machine after use, and clean and store the instrument.
Notice
* Please use in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
Avoid use in dangerous places that exceed the explosion-proof level. The explosion-proof mark of this instrument is ExdII CT4 (intrinsically safe type).
* Note that the Protection Rating is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid damage to the instrument caused by long-term immersion or extremely harsh environments.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy with its 6-level Target Point Adjustment.
* The built-in battery is a 4000mAh rechargeable polymer battery, pay attention to overcharge protection when using it, and charge it according to the specifications.
* The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, which should be checked and replaced in time when used in a dust environment to ensure detection accuracy and instrument life.
* Instrument Response Time is ≤ 20s (T90), please reserve enough testing time for measurement.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument, so as not to affect normal operation.
* When working in a micro-negative pressure environment, rely on the built-in air pump, please ensure that the air path is unobstructed.
* The operation menu supports Chinese and English, please set it in advance according to the user's situation.
