Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be measured into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a reasonably designed gas chamber, it contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorbing gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value is displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen and can be stored, printed or exported.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-check.
3. Through the Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the needs.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
5. Read the gas concentration value (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity information in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the on-screen menu.
7. After the test is completed, you can connect the computer to export the data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print the data.
8. Turn off and charge after use for next use.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in an environment beyond the working air pressure range (-30~ 100Kpa), the instrument is designed for a micro-negative pressure environment.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong dust Impact when using it.
• Periodically calibrate the Sensor to maintain measurement accuracy using the instrument's 6-level Target Point Adjustment.
• The built-in battery is a polymer rechargeable battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the original or recommended charger.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter. When using it in a dust environment, pay attention to check and replace the Filter in time to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument, so as not to affect the Measurement accuracy.
During storage and transportation, severe vibrations and impacts should be avoided.
