Overview
GT-1000-SO2 (0-10ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection functions. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted by the built-in electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas sensor through a reasonably designed air chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value and Miscellaneous parameters (such as temperature and humidity) are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Customize and set various parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) through the Chinese/English menu.
3. Use the built-in air pump for gas sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
5. View historical data, store data, or set timed storage on the screen as needed.
6. Data output can be carried out through the data export function or by connecting the micro printer.
7. Turn off after use and charge if necessary.
Notice
• Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please ensure that it works normally in a slightly negative pressure to positive pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it is equipped with a dust filter. Make sure the filter is normal when used in harsh situations.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable battery, please use the supporting charging equipment and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• Sensors need to be calibrated regularly through the instrument's full software Automatic calibration or 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg, Dimension 220 * 85 * 55mm, please keep and carry it properly.
