Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip for signal processing and data analytics, so as to accurately measure gas concentration. The instrument has a temperature compensation function, which can effectively reduce the impact of temperature and humidity changes in the environment on the measurement results and ensure the accuracy and Stability of detection.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters in the menu.
3. Place the instrument sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the air pump for sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen (support PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L unit switching).
5. During or after the detection process, historical data can be viewed on the screen.
6. Transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data as needed.
7. After use, shut down the machine and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance on the instrument.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please use it under the specified air pressure environment.
• The Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, which has a certain dustproof and waterproof ability, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or extreme harsh conditions when using it.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to strictly follow the safety operating procedures in the relevant hazardous areas when using it.
• Please use the original charging equipment to charge the built-in 4000mA polymer battery, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• In order to ensure measurement accuracy, please use the full software Automatic calibration function to calibrate regularly according to the instructions.
• When sampling, please ensure that the gas path is open and the dust Filter is clean to avoid blockage affecting the pump suction effect and Sensor life.
• When using the built-in air pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, please note that the air chamber design of the instrument has considered pressure interference, but it is still necessary to avoid severe pressure fluctuations.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument to prevent it from affecting normal operation.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid violent impact or scratching when using.
