Principle
The gas detector adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through the pump-suction Sampling method. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value is displayed on the screen, and data storage, printing and export are supported.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the status of the instrument.
2. Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Place the instrument sampling port in the environment or pipeline to be tested.
4. Read the real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity data displayed on the screen.
5. Historical data records can be viewed on the screen.
6. You can connect the computer to export data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print data.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
* Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be operated under the specified safety regulations for hazardous locations.
* Pay attention to calibrate the instrument regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
* The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, please check the Filter status when using in harsh environments.
* Please use the matching charger to charge the built-in polymer battery and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof (IP65), but it is not a diving device. Do not immerse in liquids.
