GT-1000-SO2 (0-500ppm) Portable Gas detector is a high-performance testing equipment of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine ranks among the top domestic performance levels. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, and supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export, and temperature and humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. Fast Response and accurate measurement are implemented through microcontroller technology, and the results are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the Stability and accuracy of measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or confirm the corresponding gas Sensor according to the detection requirements.
2. Boot and self-test: Press the power button to turn it on, and the instrument will perform self-test.
3. Mode settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
4. Parameter settings: Users can customize various parameters, such as concentration unit (PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L can be freely switched), storage interval, etc.
5. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, the built-in air pump will suck gas for detection, and the concentration value will be displayed on the screen in real time.
6. Data viewing and processing: Real-time data and historical data can be viewed directly on the screen, supporting data export or connecting to a micro printer for printing.
7.Calibrate and maintain: Using the full software Automatic calibration function, Sensor calibrates up to 6 target points as needed to ensure accuracy.
8. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, connect the power supply to charge the built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery.

• Working pressure range: -30~ 100Kpa, the instrument can work in a micro negative pressure environment.
• The instrument has a dustproof, waterproof design (IP65) and is equipped with a dust filter, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term use in extremely harsh conditions.
• Note that the functions of overvoltage protection, overcharge protection, anti-static interference, and anti-magnetic field interference of the instrument have been built-in, but it is still necessary to avoid strong human interference.
Sensors are calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC, please avoid violent impact or falling when using it.
• Please use the matching charging equipment to charge the battery and pay attention to battery maintenance.
When used in an explosive gas environment (in accordance with ExdII CT4 standards), the relevant safety procedures still need to be strictly followed.
