The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple. Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, which can display various technical indicators and gas concentration values well. Historical data can be viewed on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The portable Gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the instrument. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip for signal processing and measurement, to achieve Fast Response and High Accuracy Detection. Reasonable gas chamber design can ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure and ensure the Stability and Accuracy of measurement.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or confirm the Sensor combination according to the detection requirements.
2. Parameter settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters.
3. Sampling detection: align the instrument sampling port or place it in the environment to be tested, and the built-in air pump will automatically suck gas for detection.
4. Data reading: View the gas concentration value in real time through the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen (support PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L unit switching and automatic switching of high and low ranges) and temperature and humidity information.
5. Data management: Historical data can be visually viewed on the screen, data can be stored (30800 sets in a single channel), exported or connected to a micro printer to print data.
6. Maintenance of calibrated: Automatic calibration function using full software, measurement accuracy can be guaranteed by calibrating up to 6 target points, and data recovery function can be used.

Sensors are calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
