The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery with long battery life; equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports viewing historical data on the screen, with storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection and other functions.

Principle
The portable Gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze gas concentration. The Sensor signal is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor for fast Response and High Accuracy measurement. The instrument has a temperature compensation function, which can correct the measurement results according to the environment temperature to ensure the accuracy under different working conditions.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit selection: Select the desired unit among the four concentration units of PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, and mg/L.
4. Start detection: start the air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the instrument starts to detect and display the gas concentration and temperature and humidity values in real time.
5. Data viewing: During or after the detection process, real-time or historical data can be visually viewed on the screen.
6. Data management: Data storage, export, or connection to a micro printer to print data as required.
7.Calibrating maintenance: Periodically through the instrument's full software Automatic calibration function, using 6-level target point calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please pay attention to the pressure conditions of the use environment.
• The Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, which has certain dustproof and waterproof capabilities, but still needs to avoid long-term immersion or extreme harsh environment.
• The instrument has the explosion-proof mark ExdII CT4 (intrinsically safe type), please use it in a place that meets the explosion-proof requirements.

• When calibrating, use standard gas and strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure measurement accuracy.
