AISRY ASR-5611 DIN Wear resistance tester is a device for testing the wear resistance performance of materials such as resilience materials, rubber, tires, conveyor belts, conveyor belts, soles, soft synthetic leather, leather, etc. The machine has the characteristics of high efficiency, good reproducibility and easy operation, and is suitable for quality control and R & D testing of related materials.

Principle
The machine through the specific diameter and speed of the roller, under the set load, tilt angle and abrasion stroke, the standard size of the test piece for reciprocating friction, simulation of the material in actual use of abrasion, so as to evaluate its wear performance.

Steps
1. Prepare the test piece that meets the size requirements (diameter φ 16mm, Film thickness 6~ 15mm).
2. Set the test load (e.g. 5N) according to the test requirements.
3. Install the test piece onto the fixture.
4. Set abrasion stroke (40mm or 20mm) and Miscellaneous parameters.
5. Start the machine, the roller runs at 40rpm, and the test piece is tested for abrasion.
6. After the test is completed, remove the specimen for evaluation.

• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ.
• Please confirm that the size of the test piece meets the requirements before operation.
• Select the appropriate test load according to the test criteria.
• Pay attention to the size of the machine (95 * 66 * 31cm) and weight (about 50kg) to ensure smooth placement.
