Overview
AISRY ASR-8509 paper tube compression tester, suitable for paper tubes with an outer diameter of less than 200mm, is the basic instrument for testing the compression performance of paper tubes. The instrument uses High Accuracy Sensor and high-speed processing chip design to ensure sampling Precision, also known as paper tube compression tester or paper tube Compression Tester.
Features
1. After the test is completed, it has an automatic return function, which can automatically judge the crushing force and save the test data.
2. Adjustable speed, equipped with a full Chinese LCD display operation interface, providing a variety of unit options.
3. Equipped with a micro printer, the test results can be printed directly.
Principle
The testing machine is controlled by a microcomputer to drive the upper and lower pressure plates to apply pressure to the paper tube samples placed in the test space. The instrument compresses at a set pressurization speed, uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect force data in real time, and automatically stops when the sample is crushed or reaches the set conditions, and calculates, saves and outputs the results such as flat compression strength.

Steps
1. Place the paper tube specimen in the center of the lower pressure plate in the test space.
2. Set test parameters, such as pressurization speed, unit, etc., through the LCD operation interface.
3. Start the test, and the upper pressure plate decreases to apply pressure to the sample.
4. After the sample is crushed, the equipment automatically stops, returns, and saves the data.
5. Print test results directly through a micro-printer.

• Please ensure that the outer diameter of the sample does not exceed 200mm.
Please set the parameters correctly before testing, such as the speed range of 10 to 150mm/min.
• The equipment has multiple protection modes such as overload shutdown, automatic shutdown for sample damage, etc. Please do not change or Shielding at will.
• Regular maintenance to ensure the accuracy of Sensors and mechanical components.
