Overview
AISRY ASR-8509A Paper Tube Compression Tester, also known as Paper Tube Compression Tester or Paper Tube Compression Tester, is a basic instrument for testing the compression performance of paper tubes. The device is suitable for paper tubes within 400mm outer diameter. It is designed with High Accuracy Sensor and high-speed processing chip to ensure sampling Precision.
Features
1. After the test is completed, it has an automatic return function to automatically determine the crushing force and automatically save the test data.
2. Adjustable speed, equipped with a full Chinese LCD display operation interface, providing a variety of units to choose from.
3. Equipped with a micro printer, the test results can be printed directly.
Principle
The testing machine is powered by AC variable frequency motor drive controller to drive the High Accuracy screw to make the pressure plate apply pressure to the paper tube sample. The microcomputer control system collects the force value and displacement data fed back by the High Accuracy Sensor in real time, tests according to the setting program, and automatically stops when the specimen is damaged or reaches the set conditions.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V/50HZ~ 60HZ) and start the device.
2. Set test parameters through the LCD screen operation interface, such as pressurization speed (10~ 80mm/min), unit, etc.
3. Place the paper tube specimen in the center of the platen.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically pressurizes the sample.
5. After the test piece is damaged, the equipment will automatically shut down and the test data will be saved.
6. After the test is completed, the platen will automatically return to position.
7. Test results can be printed directly through a microprinter.

* Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC220V/50HZ~ 60HZ).
Before testing, please confirm that the outer diameter of the paper tube does not exceed the allowable range of the equipment (within 400mm).
The equipment is equipped with overload protection and limit protection devices. Please do not use it beyond the range.
Maintain and inspect mechanical systems (such as High Accuracy Screw) regularly to ensure accuracy.
Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid touching moving parts while the equipment is running.
