Overview
The AISRY ASR-800 Carton Compressive tester is a basic Encasement tester used to detect the compressive strength, compliance test and stacking strength performance of corrugated boxes. The device is microcomputer controlled and has multiple test modes and unit selection functions.
Features
1. After the test is completed, it has an automatic return function, which can automatically determine the crushing force and save the test data.
2. Provide three adjustable speeds, equipped with a full Chinese LCD display operation interface, and support a variety of unit options.
3. You can enter data to automatically convert the compressive strength, with its own Encasement stacking test function; you can directly set the force and time, and automatically stop after the test is completed.
4. Provide three working modes: strength test (measurement of the maximum pressure resistance of the box), fixed value test (according to the set pressure to detect the overall performance of the box), stacking test (according to the national standard for 12 hours, 24 hours and other different conditions test).
5. Using 32-bit embedded processing chip, the instruction cycle is fast; Strain Measurement accuracy is high, and the resolution is greater than 20,000 yards.
6. Use software coefficients to calibrate files to effectively correct Sensor linearity.

8. Equipped with a 192 × 64 dot matrix large-screen monochrome LCD display, it can display more information.
9. Equipped with 1 RS232 serial port and 1 print parallel port, it can be connected to Miscellaneous equipment or printers.
10. Equipped with 8 control buttons, the operation is simple; the maximum power can be automatically displayed and memorized at the end of the test; up to 20 test results can be recorded.
Principle
The testing machine drives the AC variable frequency motor to drive the High Accuracy ball screw through the microcomputer control system, so that the pressure plate applies pressure to the carton sample. The equipment uses the High Accuracy Sensor measurement force value and the photoelectric encoder to measure the displacement, display and record the data in the test process in real time, and automatically complete the test and judge the result according to the set mode (such as strength, fixed value or stacking).

Steps
1. Place the sample: Place the carton to be tested in the center of the press plate of the testing machine.
2. Selection mode: Select the test mode (strength test, fixed value test or stacking test) through the operation interface.
3. Set parameters: According to the selected mode, set the corresponding pressure, time, speed, and other parameters.
4. Start the test: Start the device, and the pressure plate starts to apply pressure to the carton.
5. Data recording: The equipment automatically records the force and displacement data during the test.
6. Test completion: When the set conditions (e.g. maximum pressure, set time, or sample failure) are reached, the equipment automatically stops and returns to position.
7. View the results: View and save the test results on the display screen, and connect the printer to output the report through the interface.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the Power supply voltage is AC220V/50HZ~ 60HZ and grounded reliably.
When placing the sample, make sure it is located in the center of the platen to avoid uneven force affecting the test results.
• Choose the test mode and set parameters correctly according to the test requirements.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items under the pressure plate.
Equipment is equipped with safety devices such as overload protection and limit protection, but it is still necessary to pay attention to safe operation.
Equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure test accuracy.
When moving or handling equipment, pay attention to its weight (about 350KG) to avoid dumping.
