Overview
AISRY ASR-7123 IU Leather Wear resistance tester is used to test the damage and decolorization of dyed upper, lining leather and other materials after friction. The device can perform dry and wet friction tests by parcelling a dried or wet white wool cloth on the surface of the friction hammer, reciprocating friction clips on the test bench, and has a power-off memory function.

Principle
The test method is to use a dried or wet white wool cloth, wrap it on the surface of the friction hammer, and then rub the test piece on the test bench back and forth to evaluate the degree of damage and decolorization.
Applications
It is used for testing the degree of friction damage and decolorization of leather, spinning & weaving, straps, trademarks, Cardboard and other materials.

Steps
Prepare the test piece (size 150 x 20mm) and wool felt (size 15 x 15mm, to be purchased separately).
2. Clip the test piece on the test bench.
3. Parcel the dried or wet white wool cloth to the surface of the friction hammer.
4. Set the counter (LCD display, range 0 to 999,999).
5. Start the equipment, and the friction hammer starts to rub the test piece back and forth.
6. After the test, observe and evaluate the degree of damage and decolorization of the specimen.
