Overview
The TQC adhesion testing Pat Handy is an easy-to-use, lightweight hydraulic Adhesion Tester weighing only 1250g, fitted with an A4-sized 80mm-high case. By rotating the handle, an increased level of tension is applied to the car attached to the tested surface, and the automatic adjustment legs ensure that the pull-off force is always applied to the coating at an angle of 90ºC on the uneven substrate surface, achieving accurate repeability test results.
Features
1. Handheld light alloy pull-off testing machine
2. The suitcase can be easily put into the portable suitcase (A4 paper size, thickness is only 80mm)
3. DFD ® technology can truly record coating strength
4. Suitable for all types of coatings on all substrates
5. Suitable for any Coating thickness
6. Can be used for internal and external surfaces
7. There will be no measurement deviation due to different operators
8. Precision gauges for accurate measurement
9. Built-in hydraulic safety device to ensure smooth and anti-drift accuracy
Principle
The hydraulic Adhesion Tester applies gradually increasing tension to the trolley attached to the tested surface by manually turning the handle. Its automatic adjustment feet ensure that the vertical pull-off angle of 90 ° can be maintained on the uneven surface of the substrate. Built-in hydraulic safety devices ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the measurement process. Accurate recording of coating adhesion values through precision gauges.
Applications
All types of coatings, internal surfaces, external surfaces on all substrates
Standards
ISO 4624、EN24624、ASTM D4541
Steps
1. Attach the test trolley to the surface of the coating under test
2. Turn the handle to apply gradually increasing tension
3. Read adhesion values through precision gauges
Step 4 Record test results
Notice
• Ensure that the test trolley is firmly attached to the coating surface
• Rely on automatic adjustment feet to maintain vertical angle during uneven surface testing
• Turn the handle smoothly during operation to avoid sudden force
• Regularly check the hydraulic safety device to ensure normal operation
• Keep the instrument clean and drying to maintain accuracy
