Principle
The intelligent Viscometer calculates the viscosity value by swirling/spinning the rotor in the fluid and measuring the resistance of the fluid to the rotor. The built-in ARM chip processes data quickly, and the RTD temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time, and displays indicators such as shear rate and shear stress through the Touchscreen to achieve accurate viscosity measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
3. Measurement parameters (such as Rotation speed, unit) set by Touchscreen
4. Measuring location of samples
5. Start the measurement and observe the viscosity value displayed on the screen
6. Save the data to the U disk or transfer it through the network port as needed
7. Clean the rotor after measurement

• Regularly calibrate with standard fluid to maintain accuracy

• Correction of temperature and viscosity coefficients requires a password and is based on reliable data
