Overview
QND-4C viscosity cup is a kind of viscosity cup designed with Benchtop structure. The upper part is cylindrical and the lower part is conical. It is suitable for measurement of outflow time range from 0 to 150s. The QND-4 viscosity cup is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 1723-93. The viscosity measured is the conditional viscosity, which is the time for a certain amount of sample to flow out of a specified diameter hole under certain temperature conditions. Expressed in seconds (s), it is suitable for measurement of viscosity of coatings, paints viscosity and other related products.

Principle
QND-4C viscosity cup measured by the measurement of a certain amount of sample at a certain temperature conditions from a predetermined diameter hole outflow time condition viscosity, in seconds (s) expressed viscosity value.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and control the temperature conditions
2. Pour the sample into the viscosity cup
3. Measurement of the time for the sample to flow out of the specified diameter hole
4. Record the outflow time, indicating the viscosity value in seconds (s)
